How RewardsCard Africa pricing actually works

26 May 2026 · RewardsCard Africa Team

One of the most common questions we get is the simplest one: what does this actually cost? Here's the honest breakdown.

Two numbers on every invoice

Every invoice has exactly two line items: the amount you want your recipient to receive, and our fee on top. There's no markup hidden inside the funded amount — your recipient gets the full value you specify.

Why the fee changes with order size

Creating and sending a card involves real work on our side regardless of the amount — verifying payment, generating the card, sending the email. For a small order, that fixed cost is a bigger share of the total, so the fee percentage is a little higher. For larger or repeat orders, that same fixed cost is a much smaller share, so the rate comes down. Full tiers are on our pricing page.

No subscription, ever

You only pay for the orders you actually place. There's no monthly fee for having an account, because there's no account required at all.

If you're sending often

If you find yourself placing several one-off orders a month, it's worth a conversation about whether the full RibiRewards platform — with bulk sending and better per-order rates — makes more sense for your use case. Reach out through our contact page and we'll talk through it honestly.
