These terms govern your use of rewardscardafrica.com and any reward card ordered through it. By submitting an order request, you agree to the terms below. RewardsCard Africa is operated by Flywave Technology Limited, the company behind RibiRewards.
1. What we provide
RewardsCard Africa lets you request a single reward card for a recipient without creating an account. You submit recipient and amount details, we issue an invoice, and once it's paid we create a card and email it to the recipient.
The card draws on the same product catalogue and country coverage as RibiRewards. Recipients redeem their balance against the categories available in their country.
2. Placing an order
An order request is not a confirmed transaction until we issue an invoice and you pay it. We reserve the right to decline an order, including where recipient or sender details cannot be verified.
You're responsible for providing accurate recipient information. We are not liable for a card sent to an incorrect email address you supplied.
3. Pricing and payment
The invoice total is the funded amount you specify plus our fee, shown as separate line items. Fees vary by order size, as described on our pricing page.
Payment is due before a card is created. We accept bank transfer and, for most order sizes, card payment.
Once payment is confirmed, we aim to create and send the card within 24 hours. Larger or unusual orders may take longer; we'll tell you if that's the case.
4. Card validity and redemption
Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Recipients can redeem their balance in full or in parts within that period.
Unredeemed balances at expiry are not refundable to the sender, except where required by law.
Digital categories (airtime, bills, streaming, ride credits) are typically fulfilled instantly. Physical goods (electronics, fashion, grocery, and similar) are fulfilled by shop-and-ship with a delivery window of 3–7 days, depending on the recipient's country.
5. Cancellations and refunds
An order can be cancelled and refunded in full any time before the invoice is paid.
Once a card has been created and sent, the order is final. If a card hasn't been claimed yet, contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee a refund once funds have been committed to a recipient.
6. Accounts and RibiRewards
You don't need an account to place a single order. If a recipient's email matches an existing RibiRewards account, their card balance becomes accessible from that account automatically.
If you want to send more than a one-off card, or manage recipients in bulk, you can log in directly at app.ribirewards.com, where RibiRewards' own terms apply to that platform.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RewardsCard Africa for fraudulent transactions, to send cards to recipients who haven't consented to receive them in a business or commercial context, or to attempt to circumvent our fee structure by misrepresenting order details.
8. Liability
We aim to deliver every card and fulfil every redemption as described, but we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties — banks, mobile network operators, couriers, or merchants — outside our direct control.
Our liability for any order is limited to the funded value of that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
